Conflux Home is not yet code-signed. Your OS will show a security warning. This is normal.
When you run the installer, Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" dialog. This appears because the app isn't yet signed with a paid code-signing certificate.
To install anyway:
Microsoft Defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting. Running this app might put your PC at risk.
More info ↗macOS will block the app because it's from an "unidentified developer." This is Apple's standard protection for apps outside the App Store.
